Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Ready-made jewelry refers to standard, non-customized items available for immediate purchase through Ari Luxe Jewelry.
Ready-made jewelry items may be eligible for return or exchange within five (5) business days from the date of delivery, subject to product inspection and approval by Ari Luxe Jewelry.
Customers intending to request a return or exchange must notify Ari Luxe Jewelry within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the item.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be in its original condition.
- Be returned with its original packaging.
- Include the original certificate (if applicable).
- Include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in the request being declined.
Order Cancellation
Once payment has been successfully confirmed, your order enters Ari Luxe Jewelry's processing workflow, which may include quality inspection, packaging, invoice preparation, and shipment arrangements.
Cancellation requests submitted after payment confirmation are not guaranteed and will be considered at the sole discretion of Ari Luxe Jewelry, taking into account the order's processing status.
Certain products, including Gold Bar purchases, are strictly non-cancellable once payment has been confirmed due to the market-sensitive nature of gold prices.
Any approved return, exchange, or refund request will be processed in accordance with this Returns & Exchange Policy.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Earrings, for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Custom-made jewelry.
- Made-to-order jewelry.
- Personalized or engraved jewelry.
- Altered or resized jewelry.
- Gold Bars.
Gold Bars
Due to the market-sensitive nature of gold prices, all Gold Bar purchases, including but not limited to available denominations such as 1g, 5g, 10g, 20g, 50g, and 100g, are strictly final sale.
Once payment has been confirmed, Gold Bar purchases are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Gold Bars with a purity of 99% or above are classified as zero-rated for VAT under applicable UAE tax regulations.
Sale Items & Promotional Purchases
Items purchased during promotional campaigns, clearance sales, or special offers are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless the item received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or where otherwise required under applicable UAE law.
Any exceptions will be stated in the specific promotion or campaign terms.
Inspection & Approval
All returned items are subject to inspection and verification by Ari Luxe Jewelry before any return, exchange, or refund is approved.
The inspection process may take up to fourteen (14) business days.
Ari Luxe Jewelry reserves the right to reject any return, exchange, or refund request if the returned product:
- Shows signs of wear or use.
- Has been damaged after delivery.
- Is incomplete or missing its original packaging, certificate, or proof of purchase.
- Does not comply with this policy.
The decision of Ari Luxe Jewelry following inspection shall be final.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.
Refund processing may take approximately 7–10 business days, depending on your issuing bank or payment provider.
Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has successfully passed inspection and has been approved by Ari Luxe Jewelry.
Shipping & Return Costs
Shipping, delivery, customs duties, and return courier charges are non-refundable.
The only exception is where the customer receives an incorrect item or a product that is confirmed to be damaged upon delivery due to an error by Ari Luxe Jewelry.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify Ari Luxe Jewelry within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.
Supporting photographs and your order details may be requested to assist in evaluating your claim.
Upon approval, Ari Luxe Jewelry will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Right to Refuse
Ari Luxe Jewelry reserves the right to decline any return, exchange, cancellation, or refund request that does not comply with this policy or where fraudulent, abusive, or misleading claims are reasonably suspected.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to customers under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

Ari Luxe Jewelry reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Returns & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any revisions will be published on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically before making a purchase.
