Return & Exchange Policy
At Ari Luxe Jewelry, we are committed to providing high-quality jewelry and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.
This policy applies only to ready-made jewelry items, including but not limited to:
- Necklaces
- Pendants
- Bracelets
- Rings
- Other ready-to-wear jewelry pieces
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- The item must be in its original condition
- The item must be returned with the original packaging and receipt
- The item must show no signs of damage, alteration, or tampering
Ari Luxe Jewelry reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Hygiene Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange once purchased.
3. Return Request Timeframe
Customers are advised to notify Ari Luxe Jewelry within two (2) days of receiving the order if they intend to request a return or exchange.
All return requests must still be made within the seven (7) day return eligibility period from the date of delivery.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Gold Bars
All purchases of gold bars are final sale.
Once payment has been confirmed, no cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted, including but not limited to gold bars in the following weights:
- 1 gram
- [5 grams]
- [10 grams]
- [20 grams]
- [50 grams]
- [100 grams]
- [Other available weights]
Due to the market-sensitive nature of gold prices, these items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once the shipping process has started.
If you wish to cancel your order, the request must be made before the order is processed and dispatched.
6. Return Inspection Process
Once the returned item has been received, Ari Luxe Jewelry will conduct a product inspection and verification process.
This inspection may take up to fourteen (14) working days from the date the returned item is received.
During this process, we will verify:
- Product condition
- Authenticity
- Signs of usage or damage
- Completeness of packaging and contents
Ari Luxe Jewelry reserves the right to approve or reject the return after inspection.
7. Refund Process
If the return is approved after inspection, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.
Refund processing may take 7 to 10 working days, depending on the payment provider and banking processing time.
8. Shipping & Return Delivery
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product received.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For international orders, the same return policy applies. However:
- Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer
- Any additional shipping or customs charges will also be the responsibility of the customer
9. Official Courier Partner
Ari Luxe Jewelry works with SkyNet Worldwide Express as our official courier partner for order deliveries.
Shipping timelines may vary depending on the delivery destination.
